Set in the Arabian Gulf's ultimate address and boasting the Gulf's only beach front course, Saadiyat Beach is a secluded development with modern, architect-designed villas where you can stroll along the edge of fairways, down to the nine kilometer white sand beach where you may see turtles nesting in a protected zone, or dolphins playing in the surf.

Golfing legend Gary Player, renowned for his considered environmental approach to course design has created the stunning 'Ocean' course. The amphitheater-style course will have sweeping Gulf and beach views and be capable of hosting a major tournament in the future. As the Gulf's first and only beach course, it will feature several beach-front holes. About one third of the course will command spectacular views of the Gulf's glittering, crystal waters fringed by pristine white sand. The imaginative course routing provides a spectacular variety of golf experiences, with every hole having its own unique character. From the creation of an aquatic habitat, to the introduction of salt-water lagoons and restoration of the beach and sand dunes, the course has been designed with strict eco-guidelines and a sensitivity to the surrounding natural environment.

While there is considerable focus on the Championship tees, there are several sets of tees on each hole to accommodate all levels of golfers. Design has taken much from the organic shape of the area so golfers do not have to play the same hole twice.
