This upscale golf community is set on 840 acres of rich, fertile land just less than an hour from downtown Moscow. There are 18-hole championship golf course, 65,000 square-foot Clubhouse, Beach Club, 41- room Hotel-Spa, Sport complex; also it will feature more than 200 exclusive residences, town homes and apartments, as well as several other recreation facilities. Designed by American golf architect Cal Olson, the 7,100-yard parkland layout features a dramatic undulating course, thematically set in a water environment. Dramatic water features include meandering streams and scenic waterfalls that will occasionally come into play, offering challenges for players of any ability. The course will be fashioned with lush and mature trees, as well as 90 strategically placed bunkers.
