 Jim McLaughlin Jim McLaughlin is a 25-year Canadian PGA member who launched his career at the prestigious Shaughnessy Golf Club in Vancouver and high profile professional positions at East Sussex National in England and Westwood Plateau Golf and Country Club in Vancouver, Canada. He steadily developed into an outside consultant with Intrawest Golf and became a Senior Vice President responsible for operations of 38 facilities within its North American portfolio. McLaughlin oversees Privé , Troon Golf's private club division in North America.
