Q: What benefits does a Troon Card provide? The card provides the card holder and guest(s) with green fees that are 30-50% off the regular rate at participating Troon Golf-managed facilities. TwoSome cardholders can bring a guest and FourSome cardholders may bring up to three guests. Guest(s) are not required. Purchasing a Troon Card does not constitute a membership of any kind to any of Troon Golfs facilities.
NEW - 2 for 1 golf offers: Included with the purchase of any 2012 Troon Card, is a one time 2 for 1 at the Troon Card rate. These tee times may be booked up to 3 days in advance and are valid Mon-Thurs (anytime), Fri-Sun & Holidays (after 12pm).
Best Rate Guarantee: Cardholders and their qualifying guests are entitled to 15% off any online rate. Not valid on prepaid rounds. A maximum of $5 off is in effect June 1-Sept 30. Cardholder and guests must qualify for online rate. Rate must be for same day and time. Excludes actual Troon Card rate.
Unlimited Golf: Cardholders and qualifying guests may enjoy replay rounds for only $10 per player. Rounds may be booked at the conclusion of the first round upon course availability.
Q: When can I make tee times and start using the card? When purchasing a Troon Card, Cardholders may make tee times with their card starting the next business day.
Q: How long is a card valid for or when does it expire? All 2012 Troon Cards are valid for use starting November 1, 2011, through December 31, 2012.
Q: How far in advance can tee times be reserved? Tee times can be made up to three days (72 hours) in advance. For example, for a tee time on Saturday, you may call Wednesday.
Q: How do I get my 2 for 1 golf offers and when can I use them? Beginning Nov 1, 2011, log onto your account at www.troonrewards.com. On the top right of the page there is a link named the type of 2012 Troon Card you purchased. That link will take you to a chart that will show each club you are entitled to your one time 2 for 1. You are not required to present a certificate when you check in for your tee time. Simply book your tee time up to 3 days in advance and mention you would like to redeem your 2 for 1 when you pay your golf fees at check in.
Q: Are there restrictions on the 2 for 1 golf offers? The 2 for 1 offer can be redeemed up to 3 days in advance, Mon-Thurs (anytime), Fri-Sun & Holidays (after 12pm). Valid beginning November 1, 2011 December 31, 2012.
Q: Can a card have more than one name or a company name on it? Cards are for individuals only.
Q: Does the Cardholder need to be present at all times? The Cardholder must be playing when the card is being used. An ID may be required at check-in.
Q: Can I transfer the card to another person? Cards are non-transferable.
Q: I lost my card, how can I get a new one? Absolutely. Cardholders are required to present their card in the golf shop in order to receive the Troon Card rate. Please call 1.888.TROON U.S. (888.876.6687). A new card will arrive in 7-10 business days.
