Jack Nicklaus Signature Course now open!
Red Ledges is a private golf and four-season recreational community only minutes from Park City in the beautiful Heber Valley. The 7,700-yard course features 18 holes melded into an alpine landscape with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountain range. With the unique topography of the area, Jack Nicklaus was able to design each hole around natural surroundings that range from lofty hills and Juniper tree groves to tee boxes perched on red rock sandstone ledges. The Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course at Red Ledges will be the most significant course opening this year. Other golf amenities to come will include a nine-hole Nicklaus Design short course and a Jim McLean Golf Academy. Red Ledges will also develop an Equestrian Center with indoor and outdoor facilities and a Village Center, which will be home to the Cliff Drysdale Tennis Academy, premier spa and fitness facility, pools and a cafe.

Red Ledges recently opened its new home ownership option called The Cottages, which provide buyers with the luxury of owning their home along with the convenience of low-maintenance living. The Cottages, which start in the high 800’s include a selection of five unique floor plans ranging from 3,009 square feet to 3,500 square feet. Red Ledges also offers pre-development homesites beginning in the mid $200s.
