Simonson’s broad range of human resources experience has included facilitating the growth of international business units, which is invaluable experience for Troon Golf as the company continues its worldwide expansion. Simonson has worked in the field of Human Resources since 1992 in both service and manufacturing industries. She achieved her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 1999 and earned her MBA from Arizona State University in 2004. |
