Return and Exchange Policy We stand 100% behind the quality of all products offered through our web-site and in our golf shops. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Simply enclose the shipping document you received with you order along with a copy of your purchase receipt and short explanation for the return. If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know the correct item, size and color you would like and allow approximately ten working days for the item to be returned to you. Credit Card Refunds Credit card refunds will be credited to the account used for the original purchase. Please note that credits may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement. Shipping charges will be refunded in cases of inaccurate shipment or defective merchandise; all other credits will be issued for the amount of the returned item(s) only. International Shipments Online orders may be shipped anywhere within the United States. If an international delivery is desired, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
